While Aseptic Packaging Solution – Pakistan is new company, its management and team has 36 years history of processing, packaging and handling of aseptic packed liquid food and aseptic packaging material which started from establishment of first aseptic liquid dairy packaging unit in Lahore (Pakistan) in 1977, the management control of Milko Limited taken over from the owners and founder by House of Manjis’ in March 1999 and it has moved to its current facilities.

The rapid development of aseptically packed liquid food market of Pakistan compelled House of Manjis’ – through its joint venture Vitalac Innovative Food to join hands with Vital Solution LLC – Texas for setting-up of aseptic liquid packaging material production unit at Lahore (Pakistan) with technical collaboration Guangxia Packaging - one of the largest aseptic packaging material producer of China.

Guangxia Packaging for liquid dairy and juice products is founded in 1972 in Thailand as Thai Printers; Guangxia Packaging quickly became the supplier for major International brands. In 1985 the company registered in China as Guangxia Packaging, the first foreign rotogravure printing company in the Chinese market.

Aseptic Packaging Solutions – Pakistan has annual capacity to pack 115 million liters of aseptically packed liquid food in three different variants - with strategy to install more aseptic liquid filling machines at Karachi, Islamabad and Rahim Yar Khan and by end year 2015 APS would be having capacity to process and pack 360 million liters aseptic liquid food and be able to deliver over one billion packed liquid food per annum to consumers
